Nutura Gold 1 — Infant Formula (0–6 Months)
Nutura Gold 1 is the range's infant formula, made for babies from birth to 6 months, for use when breastfeeding is not possible or as advised by a health professional. It is formulated with HMO, DHA & ARA — nutrients included to support a baby's normal growth and development during the first months of life. Nutura Gold 1 comes in a 200g soft-pack and a 400g tin-pack, so parents can choose the size that suits how they feed at home or while travelling each day.
Nutura Gold 2 — Follow-Up Formula (6–12 Months)
Nutura Gold 2 is the follow-up formula for babies from 6 to 12 months, the stage when most babies also begin their first solid foods. It is formulated with HMO, DHA & ARA, together with FOS and B. Longum BB536. Follow-up formula sits alongside a baby's weaning diet — milk feeds remain an important part of nutrition through the first year while new tastes and textures are introduced at mealtimes. Nutura Gold 3 — Toddler Formula (1 Year+)
Nutura Gold 3 is the toddler formula in the range, for children from 1 year of age. By this stage, family meals provide most of a child's nutrition, and a growing-up formula is used in smaller amounts alongside a varied diet of foods such as roti, rice, daal, vegetables, eggs, fruit and yoghurt. Nutura Gold LF — Lactose-Free Formula (From Birth Onward)
Nutura Gold LF is a lactose-free formula for babies from birth onward who need a lactose-free option, as advised by a doctor. It is formulated with HMO, DHA & ARA, together with FOS and B. Longum BB536 — the same family of key nutrients found across the Nutura Gold range, in a lactose-free recipe. Because choosing a lactose-free formula is a health decision, parents should always make it together with their pediatrician. Nutura Gold LF is available in a 200g soft-pack.
Nutura MOM — Nutrition for Pregnant & Lactating Mothers
Nutura MOM is the range's nutritional formula for mothers — for pregnancy and the breastfeeding months. It is a vanilla-flavoured nutritional drink with high calcium, made to sit alongside a mother's regular meals and help her cover her own nutritional needs during a demanding stage of life. A mother's nutrition matters for her own strength and recovery as well as her baby's, and Nutura MOM gives mothers a simple, regular way to add it to the day. It is available in a 200g soft-pack.
Nutura Essence — Rice Base Cereal (From 6 Months)
Nutura Essence is a rice base cereal for babies from 6 months — the age when most babies are ready to begin solid foods alongside their milk feeds. Rice-based cereal is a gentle first-food format: smooth, simple, and easy to prepare in small amounts as your baby learns to eat from a spoon. Nutura Essence is the range's first step into weaning foods, designed to be offered in gradually increasing amounts as your baby's appetite and skills grow. It is available in a 200g soft-pack.
Key Nutrients in the Nutura Gold Range
HMO
HMOs are a group of components naturally present in breast milk. In the Nutura Gold range, HMO is included as part of the formula recipe for infants and toddlers, where it supports the normal development of a baby's digestive and immune systems as part of their everyday nutrition.
DHA & ARA
DHA and ARA are long-chain fatty acids found in breast milk. They are included across the Nutura Gold formula range because they support the normal development of a baby's brain and eyes during the first years of life, when both are growing rapidly.
FOS & B. Longum BB536
FOS is a prebiotic fibre, and B. Longum BB536 is a probiotic culture. In Nutura Gold 2 and Nutura Gold LF, this combination is included to support a healthy balance of bacteria in a baby's digestive system as part of their daily feeds.
Tin Pack or Soft Pack?
Both pack types hold the same product — the choice is convenience. A tin pack (400g, for Gold 1, 2 and 3) is rigid and airtight once opened, suiting everyday kitchen storage and daily feeds. A soft pack (200g, across the range) is lighter and takes less space — handy for refills, travel, or trying a stage for the first time. Store either in a cool, dry place, seal it well after use, and always use the scoop from the pack.

Match the product to your baby's age band: Gold 1 for 0–6 months, Gold 2 for 6–12 months, Gold 3 from 1 year. You do not need to switch on the exact day your baby reaches the next band — finishing your current pack first is fine for most babies.
What is Nutura Gold LF for?
Nutura Gold LF is a lactose-free formula for babies who need feeds without lactose, from birth onward. It is a health-related choice, so use it only on a doctor's advice.
When can my baby start Nutura Essence cereal?
